OPEIU Local 30 / Kaiser National and Local Agreement Information
2010 Contract Negotiations Information
The OPEIU, Local 30 Negotiations Team voted unanimously to accept contract adjustments (such as minor wage increases) made to the National Agreement by the National Bargaining Team and forgo Local Bargaining, effectively extending the current, local agreement by two years. The National and Local Agreements were unanimously approved during the ratification meetings by the union's membership.

2005 Contract Negotiations Information
The OPEIU Local 30 / Kaiser Permanente contracts have been ratified with more than a 95% approval from voting members. Members now have a new National and Local contract which commenced October 1st, 2005:
354 Members voted "Yes" in favor of the new contract
15 Members voted "No" not in favor of the new contract
